Shipment & Delivery Times

GENERAL INFORMATION

Your order will be shipped in a maximum of 48 hours once it has been processed. If for any reason this is not possible, we will send you an email notifying you of the estimated shipping date of your purchase. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in the shipment time.

All order are shipped out of Vancouver, BC in Canada.

If you want to change the delivery address, after placing an order, it will be possible as long as the package has not been shipped, so please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email. Once we have processed your shipment we will not be able to change the delivery address.

In CANADA all our deliveries are made through CANADA POST by their courier service and transport. If you have any questions, doubts or problems with the company you can contact their customer service center.

International orders (outside Canada) are handled by DHL.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Anywhere to USA

  • Purchases over $300CAD - FREE SHIPPING - Standard International - 4 to 8 business days
  • Purchases less $300CAD - $25,00CAD - Express International - 2 to 3 business days or $18,00CAD - Standard International 4 to 8 business days

Rest of the World

  • Purchases over $500CAD - FREE SHIPPING - Standard International - 10 to 20 business days
  • Purchases less $500CAD - $50CAD - Express International - 4 to 7 business days or $19,90CAD - Standard International 10 to 20 business days

Certain countries outside Canada may charge special fees and extra taxes that will always be the responsibility and expense of the buyer.

*Customs, duty and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
