Exchanges & Returns
We do not offer refunds onto the original method of payment, however, a store credit voucher will be issued with the total amount paid for the item/s returned.
You will receive a confirmation email with your store credit to the email linked to your original purchase, 24-48h after receiving your package.
Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to issue store credit on earrings along with final sale items and custom engraved pieces.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
Our products availability is constantly changing, that's why Ibiza Sunsets does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, contact us to see what we can do for you.
RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping costs are not covered.
The customer is responsible for the package to arrive in optimal conditions.
Ibiza Sunsets is exempt from any responsibility if a package is lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment, therefore we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service .
If an item does not correspond with the one you purchased , Ibiza Sunsets will replace it, if possible, and will take care of the shipping costs.
